1. The terms and conditions ("Terms") of this Bitcoin price prediction game apply to you ("User") and iSunOne.

2. You declare that you are at least 18 years old and an independent individual with full legal capacity. If you represent an organization, please ensure that you are authorized to agree to these terms.

3. You agree to register as a user on iSunOne and its related websites, applications, mobile applications, notifications, and any displayed messages or content ("platform").  Once you register with a phone number at iSunOne App, you will automatically be granted Identity Verification (KYC) Level 2 in accordance with iSunOne's terms of use.

4. The event date of the Bitcoin price prediction game is from June 18, 2021 to July 8, 2021 ("Event Time").

5. Please be sure to complete Identity Verification (KYC) Level 3 before July 8, 2021 to ensure that you are eligible to win this game .

6. As of July 6, 2021, before 8:00AM (GMT+8), you can submit the price of Bitcoin at any time. There is no limit to the number of submissions, but we will use the price submitted last time.

7. The price of Bitcoin at 8:00AM (GMT+8) on July 8, 2021 is based on the Bitcoin price shown in the CoinGecko price tracking website. The price of Bitcoin at 8:00AM (GMT+8) on July 8, 2021 will be announced on July 8, and the final decision of iSunOne shall prevail.

8. The top 13 users who guess the price and the Bitcoin price at 8:00AM (GMT+8) on July 8, 2021, will be rewarded according to the above table. If there are users whose prices are exactly the same, the users who submitted earlier will get a higher ranking.

9. The list of winners will be announced within three working days after the end of the event.

10. The reward will be deposited into the iSunOne account of the winning user within five working days upon completion of the event. For the third prize winners, please pick up your gift in Unit 3209, 32/F, Office Tower, Convention Plaza, Harbour Road, Wanchai during office hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 am-19:00 pm) within one month.

11. If any user's account is found to have malicious transactions, market manipulation, money laundering and other malicious behaviors, iSunOne reserves the right to deduct this reward from the relevant user account or the account of the beneficiary who receives the rewards of Bitcoin price prediction game at its sole discretion.

12. iSunOne reserves the right to change, extend, terminate and/or cancel this event or modify the terms at any time without prior notice. If you have any questions or complaints, please contact iSunOne customer service department. iSunOne has the final right of interpretation and decision on any disputes raised by users.
